Ingredients
- 1 carrot (100 gram)
- 4 almonds (badam)
- 4 dates
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (juice from 1/2 of the lemon) or up to your taste
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
soaking:
- In a bowl, take 4 almonds and 4 dates. Pour 1/2 cup of hot water
- soak it for 15 minutes
Blending:
- In a blender jar, put the chopped carrot
- pour in soaked almonds and dates with soaked water
- squeeze 1/2 lemon
- blend it into a fine paste. again pour in 1/2 cup of water and give a pulse
- filter the blended carrot mixture
- Add 1 tsp of honey and mix well
- And serve cold or normal temperature

Note:
- For soaking almonds and dates, if you want to make this drink immediately, soak it in hot water. Otherwise, soak it in normal water for 40 minutes. If you are going to make it for your breakfast, you can soak it overnight.
- adding honey is optional
- you can increase or decrease the quantity of lemon juice based on your taste
- Instead of almonds you can add any nuts of your choice
