Firstly, heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add 1 tsp fennel seeds, 3 dry red chilly, and a few curry leaves
Secondly, add chopped onion and a little bit of salt, saute well, till the onion becomes soft and glossy, and then add ginger garlic paste, and saute
Thirdly, add 500-gram washed chicken, saute well for 10 minutes in medium flame
Next, add 2 tsp of coriander powder and 1/2 tsp of turmeric podwer, and mix.
Then add chopped tomato and give a stir
pour in 2 tbsp of water
put the lid on, cook it for 10 minutes in medium flame (stir at regular interval)
Next, open the lid, keep cooking for 10 minutes without any lid, or until the water evaporates
When the water gets evaporated, put 2 tsp of pepper powder, and give a stir
turn off the flame, put 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves
