Ingredients
  

  • 1 carrot (100 gram)
  • 4 almonds (badam)
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (juice from 1/2 of the lemon) or up to your taste
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions
 

soaking:

  • In a bowl, take 4 almonds and 4 dates.
    Pour 1/2 cup of hot water
  • soak it for 15 minutes

Blending:

  • In a blender jar, put the chopped carrot
  • pour in soaked almonds and dates with soaked water
  • squeeze 1/2 lemon
  • blend it into a fine paste. again pour in 1/2 cup of water and give a pulse
  • filter the blended carrot mixture
  • Add 1 tsp of honey and mix well
  • And serve cold or normal temperature
