Firstly, In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup of rava, ½ cup of curd, and ¼ cup of water, mix well and rest for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes, In rava curd mixture, add 1 tsp grated ginger, 2 tsp of chilly flakes, ½ tsp of cumin, 1 cup of capsicum (finely chopped), ½ cup of onion (finely chopped), 2 tbsp of coriander leaves (finely chopped), Mix well these ingredients
then add ¾ tsp of salt and ⅛ tsp of baking sodaMix thoroughly without any lumps.
Heat oil in a pan, for deep frying
Now make small balls of batter and gently drop it into the oil, fry it in medium flame to get golden brown color
