Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, add 4 garlic, 1-inch ginger, 1 onion chopped, few curry leaves
Saute for a while until the onion becomes glossy.
Next, add 1 tomato chopped, saute well until the tomato becomes mushy.
Let this mixture cool down
Transfer this sauteed mixture into a blender jar.
Add 1 tbsp of coriander powder, 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilly powder, ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, and ½ cup of desiccated coconut
Blend it finely with little water and keep aside.
