Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, Splutter ½ tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tbsp peanuts, ½ tsp chana dal, 1 tsp urad dal, 2 green chilly (slit), 1 dry red chilly, 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger, few curry leaves, a pinch of asafoetida, ½ tsp of turmeric powder
Now add cooked oats and add ½ tsp of salt, 3 tbsp of lemon juice, mix well
