Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup cooked oats
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 3/4 cup beaten curd

For seasoning/ tadka:

  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp urad dal
  • 1 dry red chilly
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • few curry leaves (chopped)
  • ¼ tsp Asafoetida
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take 2 cups of cooked oats in a mixing bowl
  • Add in ¼ cup of milk and 1 tsp butter
    Mix well
  • Now pour in ¾ cup of beaten curd, mix and keep aside

For seasoning/ tadka:

  • Heat 1 tbsp of peanut oil in a pan, splutter ½ tsp of mustard seeds. and then add ½ tsp of urad dal, 1 dry red chilly (chopped), 1 tsp chopped ginger.
  • then turn off the flame, add chopped curry leaves and ¼ tsp of asafoetida
  • Pour this mixture over the curd oats and mix well
    Now it is ready to serve.
