Dosa recipe | Vendakkai Dosai | Bhindi Dosa

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup idly rice
  • 2 tbsp urad dal
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds methi seeds
  • 6 lady's finger
  • 1 lady's finger head and tail part
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Take 2 cups of idly rice, 2 tbsp of urad dal, and 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds in a vessel
  • Wash it and soak it for about 6 hours
  • after 6 hours of soaking, drain off the water, keep aside
  • In a blender jar, firstly add lady's finger veggie (chopped) and 1 cup of head and tail part
  • Blend it roughly
  • Now add the soaked rice-urad dal-fenugreek mixture. blend it finely with enough water
    Then transfer into a vessel
  • Ferment it for 8 hours or overnight
  • After it got fermented well, add in 1/2 tsp of salt and mix well.
    Now we can start making dosa with the batter
