To begin, Wash the green gram 2, 3 times
Heat the pressure cooker, Add the washed green gram, dry fry it till you get the nice aroma or it changes color slightly
Add 2½ cup of water, then add shallots, garlic, tomato
Now add ¼ tsp of castor oil.
Put ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, mix well
Cover the lid and pressure cook for 7 whistles
After pressure releases, open the lid, add salt
Mash it with a ladle
Pour ½ cup of water mix well
