Ingredients
To roast and grind:

To make curry:

Instructions
To roast and Grind:
Heat ½ tbsp of sesame oil, ad cumin, garlic, saute
Now add curry leaves, saute for 2 minutes in medium flame
Add the shredded coconut, saute it for 3 minutes
Allow the mixture to cool, blend into a fine paste with little water, and keep it aside
To make curry:
Heat 2 tbsp of oil, add, mustard seeds, cumin, urad dhal, curry leaves, green chilly
Now add shallots, saute it till it becomes translucent
Add the spice powders (1tbsp of coriander powder, 2 tsp of chilly powder, ½ tsp of chilly powder), saute it for 30 seconds in medium flame
Then add finely chopped tomato, and salt, mix well,
Pour ½ cup tamarind extract, cover and cook for 3 minutes
Now add the ground paste, mix well, add ¾ cup of water, cover and cook for 5 minutes
Now the curry is ready
