Mango pulp
from fleshy mango

(whipping cream)

Instructions
make the mango pulp ready:
Take 2 cups of mango pulp in a pan (fleshy pulp, not fibrous)
Heat it in medium flame, keep stirring till it reduces into 1 cup
turn off the flame let it cool completely
whipping and mixing:
In a wide bowl, take 500 ml of fresh cream whip it to stiff peaks (for 5 minutes approximately)
then add cooled mango pulp and condensed milk
whip it for 2 minutes
pour it in a container, freeze it for 6-8 hours minimum
