Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Mango pulp from fleshy mango
  • 500 ml fresh cream (whipping cream)
  • 400 ml sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
 

make the mango pulp ready:

  • Take 2 cups of mango pulp in a pan (fleshy pulp, not fibrous)
  • Heat it in medium flame, keep stirring till it reduces into 1 cup
  • turn off the flame let it cool completely

whipping and mixing:

  • In a wide bowl, take 500 ml of fresh cream whip it to stiff peaks (for 5 minutes approximately)
  • then add cooled mango pulp and condensed milk
  • whip it for 2 minutes
  • pour it in a container, freeze it for 6-8 hours minimum
