Before starting the preparation work, keep ceramic or steel plate inside the freezer
Firstly, hull the strawberries using a knife
Then remove the seeds embedded over the strawberries if you feel it is really hard
In pan, Take the hulled and chopped strawberries into it
add 1 cup of sugar in it
mix it in low flame till the sugar melts
Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice
keep stirring in medium flame
Mash the strawberries while stirring
the strawberry sugar mixture getting thickening, keep stirring
once it reaches the jam consistency turn off the flame
after it gets cooled completely, finally transfer into glass jar
store it in refrigerator
