Ingredients
For sauteing:

sesame oil

urad dhal

sesame seeds (white)

dry red chilly

coconut (shredded)
For seasoning:
2
tsp
sesame oil
½
tsp
mustard seeds
½
tsp
urad dhal
few
curry leaves

asafoetida
Instructions
For sauteing:
Firstly, heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a pan
Add 1 tbsp of urad dhal, fry it in the oil
next, add 1 tbsp of sesame seeds, fry it for 1 minute in medium flame
add 2 dry red chilly and tamarind, saute
put shredded coconut and turn off the flame, mix well with the heat of the pan
let it cool completely
transfer into the blender jar, blend it smoothly with water
For seasoning:
heat 2 tsp of sesame oil in a pan
splutter mustard seeds
then add urad dhal, wait till it turns golden brown
turn off the flame and add curry leaves and asafoetida
Finally, pour this seasoning mixture over the chutney
