Firstly, heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan
Secondly, fry the cashews first till golden brown and then raisins to swell up
Thirdly, collect cashew and raisins from the pan, keep aside for garnish at the end
In the same pan with ghee, add 2 cups of (250gm) shredded carrot, saute it for 3 minutes
Now pour 3 cups of milk, bring into boil for 3 minutes, stirring at regular intervalsscrap off the milk solids at the sides of the pan and mix Add cashew paste and mix well,
bring into boil for 1 minute
Put ½ cup of sugar and stir well, keep the flame in low for 2 mins
Now add ½ tsp of cardamom powder and mix, turn off the flame
Finally, add fried cashews and raisins
serve in hot or cold condition
