Ingredients

wheat flour
½
cup
jaggery
2
banana
well-riped

tbsp
broken cashews

cardamom powder

Instructions
Melting jaggery:
Take ½ cup of jaggery in a pan, add ¼ cup of water, mix well
Stir until the jaggery melts
then turn off the flame, keep the jaggery water aside

Mixing the fritter mixture:
In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup of wheat flour
Add a pinch of salt
and ¼ tsp of cardamom powder
1 tbsp broken cashews, Mix well
Add 2 banana (mashed), give a mix
Now strain the jaggery water straight away into the mixing bowl containg wheat flour
mix well, mixture should be thick paste

Deep frying:
Now heat oil in a kadai once the oil is heated well, reduce the temperature to low, now put the small portion wheat-banana mixture
deep fry it in low to medium heat
When it turns golden brown, take off from the oil gently
