Firstly, In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup of maida(all-purpose flour), ¼ cup rice flour and ¼ cup shredded coconut
And ¼ cup chopped onion, 1 green chilly chopped, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp crushed pepper, 1 spring curry leaves chopped, 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped and some salt (put 1/2 tsp first, and then you can adjust)
Just mix the dry ingredients well and evenly
And then pour in 1 ¼ cup of curd/yoghurt, give a mix
It must not be flowy consistency. It should be like dropping consistency
cover and Rest this batter for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, just mix the batter for 3 minutes
Finally, add a pinch of baking soda, mix well, It is ready for frying
Frying the bonda:
To begin with, Heat the oil in a pan, once it heated well, reduce the heat to medium
then drop the batter like small balls
