Ingredients
  

For making dough:

  • ½ cup lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • cup All purpose flour maida
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp chilly flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup mozerella cheese (or any cheese)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp chilly flakes

To make garlic butter:

  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions
 

for making garlic butter:

  • In a bowl, Take 1/4 cup of melted butter, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chilly flakes, mix

For making dough:

  • In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of lukewarm water, 1 tsp dry yeast, 1 tsp suagr.
  • Let it sit for 10 minutes
  • And then add, 1½ cup of maida, 1 tbsp of crushed garlic, 1/4 tsp salt.
  • just mix well. make a dough, cover it with a wet cloth, rest it for 3 hours or till raises and becomes double in its size
  • after 3 hours, give a punch, knead it with flour
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  • roll it using a pin to thick sheet
  • apply garlic butter, put mozzarella cheese, oregano, chilly flakes, at one side, cover it by other side
  • apply some garlic butter over it, sprinkle oregano and chilly flakes
  • place it in the oven, bake it for 180 degrees for 20 minutes
