After 15 minutes water oozed out from the onion slices
Now add 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp of carom seeds (ajwain/omam), few curry leaves (chopped), 2 tbsp chopped coriander leavesMix well
Then add in ¾ cup of gram flour/ besan flour/ kadalai maavu.
Next, add in 2 tbsp of rice flour and mix well until it forms a thick dough
Now add 1 tbsp of water and mix, Now the batter is ready for frying
Drop small portions in the hot oil gently, Keep the flame medium to low
Fry it to golden brown colored pakoda and serve with chai
