Method
shredding the bottle gourd:
- Firstly peel the bottle gourd nicely,

- In the same pan with remaining ghee, add in grated bottle gourd, saute it for 5 minutes in medium flame
- Now pour in 1 litre of milk, bring into a boil, and then reduce the flame to medium, stir occasionally
- Heat it for 15 minutes by keeping the flame medium
- And then add ½ cup of sugar, stir well
- Again keep the flame medium for 5 minutes (stir occasionally)
