Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp of crushed ginger, 3 green chilly finely chopped, saute
Next, add 1/4 cup of green peas, saute
Keep the flame low, Add 1 tsp of crushed coriander seeds, 1 tsp of crushed fennel seeds, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1/4 tsp of crushed carom seeds(ajwain/ omam), 1/2 tsp amchur powder, 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, just saute for few seconds in low flame
Next, add 2 boiled mashed potato, Mix well
Now 1 tbsp coriander leaves, mix
Let this mixture to cool completely
