Method
For filling:
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp of crushed ginger, 3 green chilly finely chopped, saute
- Next, add 1/4 cup of green peas, saute
- Keep the flame low, Add 1 tsp of crushed coriander seeds, 1 tsp of crushed fennel seeds, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1/4 tsp of crushed carom seeds(ajwain/ omam), 1/2 tsp amchur powder, 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, just saute for few seconds in low flame
- Next, add 2 boiled mashed potato, Mix well
- Now 1 tbsp coriander leaves, mix
- Let this mixture to cool completely
Making samosa sheets from the bread slices:
- cut off the crust part on four sides
- roll it into thin slices
- Refer the step pictures and video further
Frying:
- heat the oil then reduce it into a medium-hot, gently place the bread filled with potatoes
- flip the sides
- fry it until golden brown
- And gently take off
