Broccoli stir fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 Broccoli (medium-sized)
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves for garnish
T0 roast and grind:
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsp roasted gram
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Method
 

cook:
  1. Before cooking, first cut the broccoli into small pieces, then wash it in running water to get rid of dirts
  2. To start, take 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, let it get heat, put 1 tsp of cumin, wait till it turns crisp, then add the broccoli florets, saute for a minute keep the flame in low, cover and cook for about 10 minutes
To Roast and grind:
  1. Meanwhile its getting cook, take 1 tsp of coriander seeds and half tsp of cumin in a pan, dry roast for a minute, then add roasted gram roast it for 2 min in medium flame,
  2. Let this mixture to cool for a while
  3. Transfer into a blender jar
  4. add ¼tsp turmeric, ½tsp chilly powder, and little bit salt, blend it into a fine powder
cook:
  1. After 10 minutes, open the lid, add this powder and mix, keep in flame for 1 minute, Put some coriander leaves before turn off the flame
