Method
chopping the roti into noodles
- Firstly, take a big knife, chop the rotis like long strips, and keep aside
chopping the vegetables:
- chop all the vegetables into thin slices (julienned) and keep aside
Making chapati noodles/ roti noodles:
- Heat the 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, add in 1 tsp of chopped garlic cloves, 1 tsp of ginger
- Next, add ¼ cup of onion, saute well
- then add carrot, cabbage, capsicum saute well with 1/2 tsp of sugar
- In next stage pour in 1 tbsp of vinegar, 1 tbsp of light soya sauce, 1 tsp of crushed pepper, mix
- Now add the chapati strips
- add 1 tsp (or more) of sweet chilly sauce, give a mix
- finally, add a handful of chopped spring onion (2 tbsp) and serve
