Firstly, take ½ cup of peanuts, pour in hot water to immerse, soak it for 30 minutes
Meanwhile, secondly, wash, wipe and peel off the chayote, cut into medium-sized pieces
Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, splutter mustard seeds, cumin. Add garlic and green chilly, saute
Add chopped onion, fry it becomes translucent

Add spice powders 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, ½ tsp of garam masala powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder
Fry it for 30 seconds in low flame just to get rid off raw smell
add chopped chayote and soaked peanut
pour ½ cup of water, give it a mix
add ½ tsp of salt now
pressure cook it for 3 whistles
After pressure releases, open the lid, add salt if it's needed, It is done
