Method
for making garlic butter:
- In a bowl, Take 1/4 cup of melted butter, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chilly flakes, mix
For making dough:
- In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of lukewarm water, 1 tsp dry yeast, 1 tsp suagr.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes
- And then add, 1½ cup of maida, 1 tbsp of crushed garlic, 1/4 tsp salt.
- just mix well. make a dough, cover it with a wet cloth, rest it for 3 hours or till raises and becomes double in its size
- after 3 hours, give a punch, knead it with flour
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- roll it using a pin to thick sheet
- apply garlic butter, put mozzarella cheese, oregano, chilly flakes, at one side, cover it by other side
- apply some garlic butter over it, sprinkle oregano and chilly flakes
- place it in the oven, bake it for 180 degrees for 20 minutes
