Heat the ghee/oil in pressure cooker, add black cumin to splutter
Add bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star anise
Add cashews and saute
Add green chilly, ginger garlic paste and saute
Add chopped onion, saute till turns into translucent
Add green peas and saute
Add a handful of mint leaves and coriander leaves, saute it for 30 seconds till it shrinks
Add salt and garam masala powder and saute
Add soaked basmati rice and mix well
Add coconut milk and mix
cover the lid, let it cook for 1 whistle in medium flame
open the lid after pressure released, fluff it with a spoon.Now the coconut milk pulao is ready
