Take 2 cups of idly rice, 2 tbsp of urad dal, and 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds in a vessel
Wash it and soak it for about 6 hours
after 6 hours of soaking, drain off the water, keep aside
In a blender jar, firstly add lady's finger veggie (chopped) and 1 cup of head and tail part
Blend it roughly
Now add the soaked rice-urad dal-fenugreek mixture. blend it finely with enough waterThen transfer into a vessel Ferment it for 8 hours or overnight
After it got fermented well, add in 1/2 tsp of salt and mix well.Now we can start making dosa with the batter
