Easy Lemon oats recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanuts
  • ½ tsp chana dal
  • 1 tsp urad dal
  • 2 green chilly (slit)
  • 1 Dry red chilly
  • ½ tsp finely chopped ginger
  • few curry leaves
  • pinch asafoetida
  • 2 cup rolled oats (cooked)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, Splutter ½ tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tbsp peanuts, ½ tsp chana dal, 1 tsp urad dal, 2 green chilly (slit), 1 dry red chilly, 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger, few curry leaves, a pinch of asafoetida, ½ tsp of turmeric powder
  2. Now add cooked oats and add ½ tsp of salt, 3 tbsp of lemon juice, mix well
  3. Finally, add chopped coriander and serve hot.
