Firstly, In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup of rava, ½ cup of curd, and ¼ cup of water, mix well and rest for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes, In rava curd mixture, add 1 tsp grated ginger, 2 tsp of chilly flakes, ½ tsp of cumin, 1 cup of capsicum (finely chopped), ½ cup of onion (finely chopped), 2 tbsp of coriander leaves (finely chopped), Mix well these ingredients then add ¾ tsp of salt and ⅛ tsp of baking sodaMix thoroughly without any lumps. Heat oil in a pan, for deep frying
Now make small balls of batter and gently drop it into the oil, fry it in medium flame to get golden brown color
Serve it with green chutney
