Method
For marination:
- Take the washed chicken in a bowl, put, salt, pepper, ginger chopped, lemon juice, and turmeric powder
- give a nice mix
- Put the lid on, keep refrigerated for a minimum 1 hour or overnight
For making ginger chicken curry:
- Heat ¼ cup of oil in a pan, put the onion, green chilly, garlic cloves. Saute well
- Next, add marinated chicken, keep stirring for 10 minutes,
- and then add 1 tomato chopped and 1 tbsp of curd, stir
- Put the lid on, cook it in low flame for 20 minutes
- After 20 minutes, open the lid, do a quick stir, turn off the flame, garnish with ginger julienne.
