Ingredients
For marination:

For making ginger chicken curry:

Instructions
For marination:
Take the washed chicken in a bowl, put, salt, pepper, ginger chopped, lemon juice, and turmeric powder
give a nice mix
Put the lid on, keep refrigerated for a minimum 1 hour or overnight
For making ginger chicken curry:
Heat ¼ cup of oil in a pan, put the onion, green chilly, garlic cloves. Saute well
Next, add marinated chicken, keep stirring for 10 minutes,
and then add 1 tomato chopped and 1 tbsp of curd, stir
Put the lid on, cook it in low flame for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes, open the lid, do a quick stir, turn off the flame, garnish with ginger julienne.
