Ingredients
  

  • 1 carrot (100 gram)
  • 4 almonds (badam)
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (juice from 1/2 of the lemon) or up to your taste
  • 1 tsp honey

Method
 

soaking:
  1. In a bowl, take 4 almonds and 4 dates.
    Pour 1/2 cup of hot water
  2. soak it for 15 minutes
Blending:
  1. In a blender jar, put the chopped carrot
  2. pour in soaked almonds and dates with soaked water
  3. squeeze 1/2 lemon
  4. blend it into a fine paste. again pour in 1/2 cup of water and give a pulse
  5. filter the blended carrot mixture
  6. Add 1 tsp of honey and mix well
  7. And serve cold or normal temperature
