carrot
(100 gram)

almonds (badam)
4
dates

tbsp
lemon juice
(juice from 1/2 of the lemon) or up to your taste
1
tsp
honey
Instructions
soaking:
In a bowl, take 4 almonds and 4 dates.
Pour 1/2 cup of hot water
soak it for 15 minutes
Blending:
In a blender jar, put the chopped carrot
pour in soaked almonds and dates with soaked water
squeeze 1/2 lemon
blend it into a fine paste. again pour in 1/2 cup of water and give a pulse
filter the blended carrot mixture
Add 1 tsp of honey and mix well
And serve cold or normal temperature
