Method
soaking:
- In a bowl, take 4 almonds and 4 dates. Pour 1/2 cup of hot water
- soak it for 15 minutes
Blending:
- In a blender jar, put the chopped carrot
- pour in soaked almonds and dates with soaked water
- squeeze 1/2 lemon
- blend it into a fine paste. again pour in 1/2 cup of water and give a pulse
- filter the blended carrot mixture
- Add 1 tsp of honey and mix well
- And serve cold or normal temperature
