Method
cooking couscous:
- take 2 tbsp of couscous in 1 cup of water, boil for 5 minutes, and then drain off the excess water. Keep the cooked couscous aside for later use
egg fried couscous with veg:
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil, saute, onion, carrot, capsicum, and cabbage well
- add a pinch of salt and ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, and saute until veg becomes soft
- crack the egg, add ½ tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of pepper powder, and salt, and saute
- finally, add cooked couscous and mix well. Now the egg-fried couscous with veg is ready to serve.
