Heat 2 tbsp of oil, saute, onion, carrot, capsicum, and cabbage well

crack the egg, add ½ tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of pepper powder, and salt, and saute
finally, add cooked couscous and mix well. Now the egg-fried couscous with veg is ready to serve.
