For boiling palak:

Instructions
For boiling palak:
In a pan, add 1 bunch of palak washed, add 2 garlic, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1/2 cup of water
boil in medium flame for 10 minutes
after 10 minutes, turn off the flame, mash it with a hand blender smoothly
for seasoning:
Heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil, splutter 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds, and add 2 tbsp of shallots chopped.
Saute well,
and then mix into the boiled palak mixture.
