Ingredients
  

For boiling palak:
  • 1 bunch palak leaves
  • 2 garlic
  • 2 green chilly
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ tsp salt
For sesaoning:
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ tsp mustard seeds
  • ¼ tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp shallots chopped

Method
 

For boiling palak:
  1. In a pan, add 1 bunch of palak washed, add 2 garlic, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1/2 cup of water
  2. boil in medium flame for 10 minutes
  3. after 10 minutes, turn off the flame, mash it with a hand blender smoothly
for seasoning:
  1. Heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil, splutter 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds, and add 2 tbsp of shallots chopped.
  2. Saute well,
  3. and then mix into the boiled palak mixture.
