Ingredients
  

  • 1 heaped cup full-cream milk powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • ¼ cup milk

Method
 

  1. Take 1 heaped cup of full cream milk powder in a bowl
  2. Heat the 1 tbsp ghee in a pan

  3. Pour ¼ cup of milk into it, bring into boil
    Kova/khoya
  4. After it gets boil, pour into the bowl containing milk powder
    Kova/khoya
  5. mix well
    Kova/khoya
  6. Now the Kova is ready if it gets harden, shred using shredder before use
