Secondly, after 1 hour, drain off the water from the dal, rinse in water one more time.make sure you drained the water completely from moon dal
Thirdly, Put the drained moong dal inside the blender jar
Blend it into coarse paste, without adding water(For blending, give a pulse, mix with spoon, do it repeatedly to blend the moong dhal)
Transfer the ground paste into a mixing bowl, add in finely chopped onion, grated ginger, grated green chilly, finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp asafoetida, required salt. Give it a nice mix
Heat the oil, once it heated, keep the flame medium
Take a small portion from the moong dal bhajiya mixture. make a patty, drop it gently into the oil. (first check the oil perfectly heated by putting small vada ball, if it comes up immediately, oil is at the stage of deep-frying, you can start frying)
Fry it to a golden brown, then take off from the oil, place it on the tissue finally, now the fritters are ready
