Heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a pan
splutter ½ tsp of mustard seeds, ½ tsp of cumin, ½ tsp of urad dhal
Then add curry leaves, 2 green chilies and 1 tsp of chopped ginger, saute it for a while
Now add chopped snake gourd, saute
put ¼ tsp of turmeric powder and salt, mix well
Add little water, 1 or 2 tbsp of water, cover and cook for 5 minutes (or until the veggie got cooked well)
After snake gourd cooked well, turn off the flame, let it cool
In a bowl, take 1 cup of beaten yogurt/ curd
transfer the cooked snake gourd into the bowl containing curd, mix wellIt's done.
