Instructions
Take ¼ cup quina in a blender, blend it into a fine powder
Heat 2 tsp of butter in a pan, add chopped ginger garlic and spring onion, saute
Add chopped veggies, saute it for a minute
add 4 cups of water, bring into a boil, add salt
now add powdered quinoa
bring into boil, minimize the flame to low.
keep boil it for 5 minutes, then turn off the flame
add pepper while serving
