Quinoa Veg Soup

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup quinoa
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 inch ginger(finely chopped)
  • 1 spring onion (chopped)
  • ½ carrot-small(finely chopped)
  • 5 beans (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp cabbage(finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp capsicum(finely chopped)
  • pepper
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Take ¼ cup quina in a blender, blend it into a fine powder
  2. Heat 2 tsp of butter in a pan, add chopped ginger garlic and spring onion, saute
  3. Add chopped veggies, saute it for a minute
  4. add 4 cups of water, bring into a boil, add salt
  5. now add powdered quinoa
  6. bring into boil, minimize the flame to low.
  7. keep boil it for 5 minutes, then turn off the flame
  8. add pepper while serving
