- Take ¼ cup quina in a blender, blend it into a fine powder
- Heat 2 tsp of butter in a pan, add chopped ginger garlic and spring onion, saute
- Add chopped veggies, saute it for a minute
- add 4 cups of water, bring into a boil, add salt
- now add powdered quinoa
- bring into boil, minimize the flame to low.
- keep boil it for 5 minutes, then turn off the flame
- add pepper while serving
