take rava/ sooji in a pan, dry fry it for few minutes till you get the nice aroma in low flame
Transfer the rava in a plate or bowl, keep aside
Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, cumin. Add urad, channa dhal, cashews curry leaves, green chilly and asafoetida
Fry it for few seconds in medium flame till the dhal gets crisp
Then add in chopped onion, saute it till it becomes translucent
Add the veggies (¼cup carrot, ¼cup beans, ¼ green peas), saute
Now add half salt and ¼ tsp of turmeric powder. Saute it for 2 minutes
Now pour 2½ cup of water, add enough salt at this stage
Bring into a boil
Once it boils, reduce the flame to low, add the fried rava gradually by mixing
keep stir, once the water content absorb by rava, cover it by lid for 4 minutes
then open the lid add a tsp of ghee and coriander leaves, mix well. It is done
