Method
Prior work:
- Firstly, peel off the snake gourd, rise it in water
- chop into 1 inch thin slices, keep aside
- Crumble 10 cubes of paneer well and keep aside
For stir fry:
- Heat the oil in a pan, splutter ½ tsp of mustard seeds, add in curry leaves, 1 Kashmiri red chilly
- Now add chopped onion, saute it well till it becomes glossy
- Put chopped snake gourd, saute it for a minute, add salt
- Add the spice powders, saute it for 30 seconds in low flame
- Add 2 tbsp of water, keep the flame low, lid on, cook it for 5 minutes in covered condition, give stir in regular intervals
- open the lid, check if the veggie got cooked, if so add crumbled paneer, mix wellAdd salt if required
- Garnish with coriander leaves
