Ingredients

shredded bottle gourd
(half portion of a bottle gourd)

rice flour
1
onion (finely chopped)
medium-sized

ginger (finely chopped)

green chilly (finely chopped)

coriander leaves (finely chopped)
few
curry leaves (finely chopped)

cumin
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Instructions
Shredding bottle gourd:
firstly peel off the bottle gourd
remove the seed portion from it
and then shred the bottle gourd and keep aside
For vada mixture:
In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup of shredded bottle gourd, and then add r1 cup of rice flour
Next, add finely chopped onion, ginger, coriander, green chilly, curry leaves.
Then add 1 tsp of cumin and salt to taste
Firstly mix well
Next, add 1 or 2 tbsp of water and mix, the vada mixture is ready
Patting the vadas:
Take polythene paper or greaseproof paper (parchment paper)
apply a few drops of oil over it
Get a small portion from the vada mixture, make a perfect ball
place over the oil applied greaseproof paper (parchment paper) or polythene paper
pat it flat and round
Deep-frying:
Heat the oil in a pan, finally fry the vadas in medium flame till it turns golden brown
