Method
To grind:
- Grind all the ingredients mentioned above (shredded coconut, cinnamon, green chilly, shallots, cashews/roasted gram, fennel seeds, poppy seeds and add little water
To cook:
- First of all, in a pressure cooker, heat the oil, add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, and curry leaves, saute till get nice aroma
- secondly, add chopped onion and saute,
- thirdly, add ginger-garlic crushed, saute it till both onions get translucent.
- and then, add all the vegetables one by one. (carrot, beans, potato, cauliflower, and peas), saute for 2 minutes
- after that, add the ground paste and saute for 1 minute.
- Pour in a cup of water
- cover the lid cook it for 2 whistles
- open the lid after the pressure completely released
- Finally, garnish with coriander leaves
