Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 tbsp rava (sooji)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp oil/ ghee
  • ½ cup curd
  • oil for deep frying

Method
 

Making dough:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp of rava/ sooji, 1 tsp of sugar, ½ tsp of salt, ¼ tsp of baking soda,
  2. Mix well then add 1 tbsp of ghee/ oil, give a mix
  3. and then add ½ cup of curd, give a mix
  4. Next, add warm water and knead for 5 minutes
  5. pour some oil over it, cover it and rest it for 2 hours
After 2 hours:
  1. take a small portion from it, make a perfect ball,
  2. dust the rolling pad with flour, place this ball over it, roll it into a medium-thick sheet, you can make circle shaped sheet or oval of your choice
  3. when the oil got heated, gently place the sheet inside, press it to immerse in oil, once it is puffed, flip the side, and then take off
  4. bhature is ready, serve it hot
