Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp urad dhal
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 Kashmiri Red chili
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • salt to taste
For tempering:
  • 1 tsp oil
  • ΒΌ tsp mustard seeds
  • few curry leaves

Method
 

  1. Heat the 1 tbsp of oil in a pan
  2. Add 1 tbsp of urad dhal, and add 2 Kashmiri red chilies
  3. Let it go crisp in medium flame, just saute it
  4. Now add chopped onion, saute it till turns into translucent
  5. Add chopped capsicum and saute it till becomes mildly soft
  6. Let this mixture to cool
  7. Transfer this into a blender jar
  8. Blend it into a smooth paste
  9. For tempering, heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds to splutter
  10. Add into the chutney, now the Chutney is ready
