Onion chutney is the favorite chutney for most of us, for a change add Capsicum with onion that makes perfect chutney for dosa, idli without a doubt. This chutney is a non-tomato version, so it has onion and capsicum flavor alone. I haven’t add tamarind extract because the capsicum has a little sour taste. On the whole, chutney is super delicious, and you must try it, let us see how to make it.
