peanut chutney | easy peanut chutney

peanut chutney | easy peanut chutney has creamy texture as we can say spicy peanut butter in other words. This chutney with idli or dosa is a nice combo for winter mornings as it has rich in fat because it has coconut as well as peanut, both contain good fat that is needed in the cold mornings. Also, peanut has a good amount of protein.

There are varieties of peanut chutney, this one is one of the easiest one, if you have roasted peanuts at home, you can prepare this in less than 10 minutes, otherwise, if you have only unroasted peanuts, you need to roast it for 10 minutes

I have taken unroasted peanut

Let’s see how to cook peanut chutney
