Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • cup granulated sugar (it is the sugar we usually used at home)
Wet ingredients
  • 2 eggs large
  • ½ cup butter
  • tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp water
other ingredients:
  • ½ cup choco-chip
  • ¼ cup choco-chip (for sprinkle over)

Equipment

  • 1 spatula
  • 1 8*8 inch pan
  • baking sheet
  • 2 mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven for 180°C
Mixing dry ingredients:
  1. Take a mixing bowl, Sieve 1 cup of All-purpose flour, ½ cup of cocoa powder, 2 tsp of cornflour, ¾ tsp of salt
  2. Next, add 1½ cup of granulated sugar and mix well
    Keep the bowl aside
Mixing wet ingredients:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add in 2 eggs, ½ cup of butter, ⅛ tsp of vanilla essence, 3 tbsp of water,
    using an egg beater, whisk well
Mixing:
  1. Now add the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredients, mix it thoroughly without any lumps
  2. And then pour the batter into the 8*8 inch pan (baking sheet overlaid, butter applied)
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes
  4. after it baked well, take out the baking pan from the oven, take the brownie from the pan, leave it over a wire rack or a wooden board. Let it cool for 30 minutes
  5. and then slice it, serve the brownie after it got cool down well
