1½cup granulated sugar(it is the sugar we usually used at home)
Wet ingredients
2eggslarge
½cupbutter
⅛tspvanilla essence
3tbsp water
other ingredients:
½cupchoco-chip
¼cupchoco-chip (for sprinkle over)
Instructions
Preheat the oven for 180°C
Mixing dry ingredients:
Take a mixing bowl, Sieve 1 cup of All-purpose flour, ½ cup of cocoa powder, 2 tsp of cornflour, ¾ tsp of salt
Next, add 1½ cup of granulated sugar and mix wellKeep the bowl aside
Mixing wet ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, add in 2 eggs, ½ cup of butter, ⅛ tsp of vanilla essence, 3 tbsp of water, using an egg beater, whisk well
Mixing:
Now add the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredients, mix it thoroughly without any lumps
And then pour the batter into the 8*8 inch pan (baking sheet overlaid, butter applied)
Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes
after it baked well, take out the baking pan from the oven, take the brownie from the pan, leave it over a wire rack or a wooden board. Let it cool for 30 minutes
and then slice it, serve the brownie after it got cool down well
