Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Chocolate Brownie Recipe, This is the fudgy, chewy, chocolaty brownie. I have made this recipe very easy by making it with available ingredients in the kitchen. It is far better than a store-bought brownie, Try this recipe, Definitely, it will be a hit at home.

When it comes to brownies, the ingredients are

All-purpose flour: Use normal All-purpose flour

Cocoa powder: I have used unsweetened cocoa powder

Corn flour: In a less quantity, I have used cornflour, to make the brownie fudgy.

Salt: Little amount of salt was added to the making of the brownie. This helps to balance all flavors.

All the ingredients I mentioned above must be sifted. (Chocolate Brownie Recipe)

Eggs: Two large eggs are used here

Butter: Butter was slightly melted, before use

Vanilla essence: I added 1/8 tsp of vanilla essence (If you are using vanilla extract, use 1/2 tsp)

Water: I used a little amount of water to make the batter to be in perfect consistency.

Granulated sugar: I used the sugar we usually use from the kitchen cupboard at home

Chocochip: Here I used semi-sweet chocolate chips

Equipment:

8×8 inch pan, overlay with baking sheet, apply some butter over it

Equipment

  • 1 spatula
  • 1 8*8 inch pan
  • baking sheet
  • 2 mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1½ cup granulated sugar (it is the sugar we usually used at home)

Wet ingredients

  • 2 eggs large
  • ½ cup butter
  • ⅛ tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp water

other ingredients:

  • ½ cup choco-chip
  • ¼ cup choco-chip (for sprinkle over)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven for 180°C

Mixing dry ingredients:

  • Take a mixing bowl, Sieve 1 cup of All-purpose flour, ½ cup of cocoa powder, 2 tsp of cornflour, ¾ tsp of salt
  • Next, add 1½ cup of granulated sugar and mix well
    Keep the bowl aside

Mixing wet ingredients:

  • In a mixing bowl, add in 2 eggs, ½ cup of butter, ⅛ tsp of vanilla essence, 3 tbsp of water,
    using an egg beater, whisk well

Mixing:

  • Now add the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredients, mix it thoroughly without any lumps
  • And then pour the batter into the 8*8 inch pan (baking sheet overlaid, butter applied)
  • Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes
  • after it baked well, take out the baking pan from the oven, take the brownie from the pan, leave it over a wire rack or a wooden board. Let it cool for 30 minutes
  • and then slice it, serve the brownie after it got cool down well

Mixing dry ingredients:

Take 1 cup All-purpose flour in a sieve
Now add 1/2 cup of cocoa powder

then 2 tsp of cornflour
3/4 tsp of salt and sieve well
Now add 1 1/2 cup of sugar

Mixing wet ingredients:

In a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup of butter
1/8 tsp of vanilla essence
Next pour in 3 tbsp of water, whisk well with an egg beater

Mixing dry and wet ingredients:

Add the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well
1/2 cup of semi sweetened choco-chip, give a mix, and keep aside the dry ingredients bowl
Keep 8*8 inch pan ready (like overlaying baking sheet and apply some butter over it)
top it with 1/4 cup choco-chip

Bake it at 180 degrees C for 35-40 minutes
after baking, take the brownie from the pan baking sheet and cool it completely, and slice it

Note:

If we are keeping the brownie in the air-tight container outside of the fridge, it will remain good for 3 days, If we keep it in the fridge, it will be good for 7 days
