Heat 1 tbsp 0of ghee in a pan
Add in cashew pieces, roast it till it becomes slightly brown, and then take off
In the pan with the same ghee, add in blended coconut shred, fry it in medium flame for 2 minutes
Now add 1½ cup of sugar and mix
Sugar melts and oozes out moisture, keep stirring at medium flame
At one stage all the moisture has gone, the mixture gathers as a mass
In that stage, add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, and fried cashews and mix well
Immediately transfer the mixture into parchment sheet overlaid tray
spread and level it up
Leave it for 10 minutes
then cut into pieces, and serve
