For Grinding:
- ½ cup cococnut shred
- 3 Almonds (or 2 tbsp roasted gram)
- 2 tsp poppy seed
- 1 inch cinnamon
- 3 cloves
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
for making Kurma/ korma:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 star anise
- 1 green chilly
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves (finelychopped)
