Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 green chilly finely chopped
  • 2 garlic finely chopped
  • ½ cup green peas
  • ½ cup beans
  • 1 cup fenugreek leaves finely chopped
  • 1 cup rice cooked
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, splutter 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tsp of cumin seeds
  2. Next, add 3 green chilly (finely chopped), 2 garlic (finely chopped), saute for a while
  3. Then add 1/2 cup of green peas and 1/2 cup of beans, 1/2 tsp of salt saute for 5 minutes
  4. After that add in 1 cup of finely chopped fenugreek leaves, saute for 5 minutes
  5. Now add 1 cup rice cooked, mix well, add salt if necessary, that's it.
