Method
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, splutter 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tsp of cumin seeds
- Next, add 3 green chilly (finely chopped), 2 garlic (finely chopped), saute for a while
- Then add 1/2 cup of green peas and 1/2 cup of beans, 1/2 tsp of salt saute for 5 minutes
- After that add in 1 cup of finely chopped fenugreek leaves, saute for 5 minutes
- Now add 1 cup rice cooked, mix well, add salt if necessary, that's it.
