Firstly, heat the pan, add coriander seeds, roast it for 2 minutes, and then transfer it to a plate
Secondly, in the same pan, add 3 tbsp of chana dal, 3 tbsp of urad dal, 2 tbsp of toor dal, 2 tbsp of fenugreek seeds, roast it well, and transfer it to the plate
Thirdly, roast ¼ cup of cumin seeds, and then transfer it to the plate
Next, roast 50 kashmiri red chilly, transfer it to the plate
finally, fry ½ cup of curry leaves till dry and crisp
Along with 2 tbsp pepper (crushed), 1 tsp of turmeric powder, blend it well in batches into a smooth powder
